Saw cutting
Our company has band saws with a cutting range of up to 250 mm for round and square profiles.
The saws have an automatic feeder and a device for cutting in batches, making them very efficient.

Laser marking
We possess a portable FIBER 30W laser marker with the following parameters:
- working area 100x100mm
- minimum line width – 15um
- minimum character size – 0.1mm
- maximum marking depth – 2 mm
Possibility of rotary marking of elements with a maximum diameter of 100mm and a weight of 2kg

Grinding
Grinding complements our extensive range of machining services.
We offer grinding services of flat surface, round surface (shaft) and hole on conventional machines.
We undertake the production of highly complex parts in one-time and series production.
Flat surface grinding:
- Length up to 550 mm
- Width up to 200 mm
Hole grinding:
- Length up to 500 mm
- Diameter up to 250 mm
Round surface grinding:
- Length up to 950 mm
- Diameter up to 230 mm
